Manifesto

That’s why we built SVNTN.

People belong everywhere. Just not in a hold queue.

Customer service as it exists today is the repair department for processes that went wrong earlier.

A package doesn’t arrive. An invoice is wrong. A form doesn’t know the case. So someone calls. On the other end sits a person who didn’t cause the problem and can’t fix it either. They can record it, forward it, ask for patience. That isn’t a relationship. It’s a dead end with a friendly voice.

The industry grew by organizing this repair work ever more cheaply. First in its own city, then in its own country, then three time zones away. The process stayed the same, only the hourly rate went down. That was called efficiency.

We spent twenty years learning in this industry: voiXen, Voxtron, gevekom, Dialfire. We cut waiting times, wrote scripts, planned shifts, measured quality. It worked. Today we go one step further and ask a different question:

The question isn’t how a person types faster. It’s why a person is typing at all.

What we believe

We don’t believe good customer service always needs more people.

We believe the industry has spent years selling other companies’ broken processes as its own reason to exist.

We believe a machine that is set up correctly handles most of what is called “service” today faster, calmer, and more accurately than a person on the night shift.

We believe there are people whose day is better when they don’t have to explain for the fortieth time why the package hasn’t arrived.

We believe that is simply more honest.

The consequence

We don’t replace the people in service. We replace the work no person should ever have had to do.

That’s why we charge per resolved case, not per hour. Whoever is paid for being present has no interest in the presence ending. Whoever is paid for resolved cases does.

That’s why we don’t require an integration. A project that only delivers after two quarters isn’t an offer. It’s a bet on your patience.

And that’s why we show logs instead of slide decks. Every line is a step a person would otherwise have taken. You can read them before you believe us.

“We spent over 20 years optimizing call centers. Now we’re replacing the manual processes no person should ever have had to do.”
