Three founders.
Four companies.
Two decades of contact centers.
We know the legacy systems, the pain points, and the daily grind behind the screen. That’s why SVNTN doesn’t need an integration project.
The people

Wolfram Gürlich
Managing director of Dialfire, the cloud platform behind more than 4,000 contact centers worldwide, and shareholder in gevekom. He knows both sides: the software call centers run on, and the call centers that run on it.

Ralf Mühlenhöver
Founded Voxtron in 1999 and sold it to Enghouse in 2014. Founded voiXen, the first AI speech analytics from the German cloud, and sold it to VIER in 2020. After two exits, he is now building what comes after the call center.

Roman Molch
CEO and managing partner of gevekom, one of the ten largest contact center providers in Germany. He knows what a ticket really costs, because he bills thousands of them every day.
From the teams behind voiXen, Voxtron, gevekom, and Dialfire.
Four companies that built, ran, and measured customer service.
With the first AI-based speech analytics in the German-speaking market, voiXen set the standard for quality management and voice of the customer, long before ChatGPT and the AI boom. Ralf Mühlenhöver sold the company to VIER GmbH (Hanover) in 2020.
From 1994, Voxtron built software for call and contact centers (ACD), voice portals (IVR), web chat, CTI, telephone banking, and more. With around 100 employees, Voxtron served more than 12,000 customers worldwide, 4,000 of them in Germany, and was sold to Enghouse (Canada) in 2014.
gevekom was founded in 2006 and is now among the ten leading contact center providers in Germany. The group generates annual revenue of more than 80 million euros with around 2,700 employees at 15 locations.
Under the “dialfire” brand, Cloud IT Services GmbH has been building call and contact center software for more than 20 years. More than 4,000 Dialfire customers worldwide run on its cloud-native, highly scalable platform.
